1. The service and its provider
ScalperScalper is provided by Giuseppe Lo Forte, contact info@scalperscalper.com. These terms govern the website, temporary account access and mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The mobile apps are not yet publicly released; the web login only provides account access confirmation.
2. What ScalperScalper does
The app helps you discover new TCG listings and restocks, filter products, save items and configure notifications. It is not a retailer, marketplace, broker or automated purchasing service. Coverage is limited to supported sources and may change. We do not guarantee complete coverage, accurate or current prices, stock, notification timing, availability or successful purchases. Verify all details with the retailer.
3. Your account and use
You must be an adult with legal capacity to use the service. Provide accurate account information, keep access secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, harvest personal data or use abusive automation. You remain responsible for your own decisions and dealings with stores.
4. Retailers and intellectual property
Purchases take place with third-party retailers under their own terms, prices, delivery, return and privacy policies. We do not process those purchases or guarantee their performance. Product names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners; their presence does not imply endorsement or partnership. ScalperScalper branding and software may not be copied or exploited beyond permitted use or rights granted by law.
5. Availability, changes and termination
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at info@scalperscalper.com. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and separate purchase terms before payment; these terms do not authorize charges. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required.
6. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for missed deals, stock changes, third-party conduct or indirect loss caused by interruptions or delayed notifications. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory protections. No provision removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
7. Applicable law and contact
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring claims in courts available under applicable consumer law; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum. Contact info@scalperscalper.com to raise a concern or request help.
